Delivery Information



For Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands a two day service only is available and is subject to a charge of £9.95. All deliveries will be made between the times of 8am to 6pm apart from Sunday deliveries which are 9am to 6pm.

Problems with the delivery address

If the address is incorrect, then the carrier will return the items to us. Please check your address details before placing an order.

Damaged or faulty items

The items you have ordered should arrive in perfect condition. If however they have been damaged, are faulty or incorrect then let us know within 30 days of receiving the items and we will replace them free of charge. Alternatively we will provide a full refund.

Missing items

If your order is incomplete, then this could be because a particular item was out of stock. As soon as it comes into stock, we will forward it to you immediately. Should it be incomplete due to our error, then please contact us on 0333 556 0346 and we will send it out immediately and without charge.

Failed delivery

Items must be signed for as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver goods to the required business delivery address we will leave a card and contact number to arrange collection or a new delivery date. Should the carrier not be contacted within 5 days, then the items will be returned to us.

Click and Collect

Items can be collected from Laidlaw’s 7 regional Sales Centre from Monday – Friday, 1pm – 5pm on the following day. Thereafter they can be collected 8.30am to 5pm. Goods will be held for 5 days and if they are not collected, then they will be returned to us.

No quibble free returns

If you are unhappy with the items you have purchased for any reason, simply return them to us within 30 days and we will replace or refund in full.
